write an essay that analyzes the issue for its social and behavioral factors and make

recommendations for changes that will lead to improvement on the issue.

1. Describe the issue you selected. Summarize it with respect to the community or state

it impacts, and identify the population most at risk.

2. Discuss why it is considered a public health issue. Support your claims with research

such as data related to incidence, prevalence or other epidemiological statistics.

3. Describe the social, behavioral, and cultural factors that are associated with this public

health issue.

4. Identify resources in your community to address the health concern. If there are none,

make recommendations for improving health on the issue you selected. Justify your

rationale for these recommendations.
