Jordan, I know you didn’t give your best effort on this assignment. At this level documenting WNL for an assessment is not acceptable. WNL doesn’t tell me your findings, and you documented this way for over half of the assignment. You also only provided one nursing diagnosis and your health goals were very vague and did not exemplify an in depth knowledge of the patient’s health condition.
