- Think about your own experiences in teams at work. Using the key concepts and principles from the lesson, identify a time when your group had a particularly difficult experience with a conflict. Describe (briefly but clearly) what happened and what the sources of the conflict were. Then describe what you did about it and/or what you could have done about it now that you know some concrete processes for conflict resolution. What were the positive and negative outcomes?
- This lesson and accompanying readings offered multiple strategies for conflict resolution. Choose one or two of them and describe a time when your work or school team used them, and with what effects. What went well and poorly? How could the strategy be used again in a highly effective way?
