In your individual initial post, please refer to the problems in Trevino, pp. 391–395. In your discussion, refer to the Stakeholder Models in Lesson 14 to support your viewpoint. As you read through the cases, (1) identify all the stakeholders in the problem, who should be involved in the decision-making process, (2) discern the obligations of the organization to all of its various stakeholders, (3) determine the manner to resolve conflicts between the stakeholders, (4) and balance the multiple and competing stakeholder interests. Thoroughly reflect on the viewpoints of the stakeholders. Address all the questions in the case.
After you make your initial post in 350 – 500 words, engage your classmates in meaningful debate and discussion to receive full credit. Complete your answers in 125 – 200 words and your (at least two) responses to other student’s class postings by the date listed.
