- Orange – Customer Confidence Issue
- Yellow – People Issue
- Green – Use of Corporate Resources Issue
- Blue – Values Issue
In this online discussion forum, please refer to the problems in Trevino and Nelson, pp. 152-153. As you read the assigned case, think about the values that are important to you.
- Apply the “Giving Voice to Values” approach in your discussion.
- Describe at least two courses of action you might take. State the pros and cons of each course of action.
- What can you say or do that would be consistent with your personal values in the case?
