Module 2 Scaffolding Activity #2: Placement on the Six Phases Growth Chart

Overview

This scaffolding activity will assist you in building the components of the Module 2 Deliverable. It is not graded as a stand alone activity but it is required. Feedback will be provided after submission so you can refine your work and integrate it into the module deliverable for grading. 

  1. Based on your completed Managerial Practices worksheet, identify where the organization is on the Six Phases of Growth chart. Show placement of the company on the visual.  
  2. Discuss how the outcome of the Managerial Practices worksheet led to your choice of placement on the chart: growth (evolution) or crisis (revolution). Provide proof/reasoning. 
  3. For Scaffolding Activity #2, submit the completed Six Phases of Growth chart, showing placement of the organization, and your rationale for its placement.
