Module 5 Deliverable: Organigraph

Deliverable Format

Module 5 Deliverable is a 2-part TEAM submission (ONE submission):

Team presentation discussing application of the organigraph model to your selected company
Team paper, discussing a suggested change to one of the models presented in this course.

Read and understand: Mintzberg, Organization Design: Fashion or fit? and Mintzberg & Van der Heyden, Organigraphs: Drawing how companies really work.
SELECT one company of your choice, and research the company, keeping in mind the context t of the organigraph model as a framework for assessment. The company selected cannot be an employer of one of the team members.
Provide a brief INTRODUCTION of the organization, as well as the Organigraph model
DRAW AN ORGANIGRAPH of the selected company. The pictorial should be comprehensive in nature and should clearly show the interactions, relationships and connections (or disconnections) of the organization.
DISCUSS the components of your organigraph, provide comprehensive insight/reasoning to the elements that make up your visual.
SUMMARIZE: IMPLICATIONS FOR MANAGERS – From a change management perspective, discuss the priority components for the organization.

Select a change model from the course and provide suggestions on how the model can/should be modified to better fit contemporary application. Your paper should clearly explain the “problem” with the model in addition to suggested changes, along with the reasoning and logic to your team’s suggested modifications.
To provide clarity on this change, I suggest adding a visual of the model, with your changes included

Include a cover page including course name (MBADM 814), deliverable title, individual/group names, date
