As stated in the course syllabus:
Active and engaged participation by all group members in group assignments is important. You are required to contribute to generating ideas for the cases, writing the paper and must be accountable to your team on time and effort commitments. As a result, you will be required to complete a peer evaluation for each member of your group at the conclusion of each of the case study discussions. The results of these evaluations will have a direct impact on your individual grade for these assignments.
