Team Minipaper 2: Team Decisions and Fights

Your team performed two decision-making tasks (Lost at Sea & Carter Racing) and performed a virtual team building exercise. How does Eisenhardt’s “How Management Teams Can Have a Good Fight” relate to your team experiences with conflict, or the lack thereof? Could your team use a good fight? You decide. What would a good fight (as opposed to a ‘bad’ fight) look like? Try to be specific and give ideas about what such would look like, how it might unfold. Could you handle it and still remain a cohesive team?  Why is Eisenhardt advocating ‘good fights’?

Follow paper-formatting guidelines; 450-500 words; #words in parenthesis at end.
