In a short memo (200-300 words) to your principal (Ralph Thompson or An Lee), please outline the joint proposal you have negotiated with your counterpart so far (you and your counterpart can prepare this part together so it is identical). Then, in a personal note to your principal, identify any sticking points, and explain why you think the deal you have achieved is the best you can do (or indicate otherwise if you think you can do better). Please include the URL of your negotiations in your memo if you are the one who recorded the negotiations.
