Then, informed by the video, your role assignment and the commentary for Unit 3, Lesson 1, develop a preparation document for the World Trade Center Negotiation Assignment, focusing on the role you have been assigned. You should be considering the off-the-table concerns of other parties (informed by stakeholder mapping), and using ideas from the Fisher and Ertel (1995) preparation chart to be sure you are considering your own interests (using a value matrix), your BATNA, the interests and BATNAs of the other parties, and possible outcomes you might agree on.
