This HBR case presents a controversial leadership issue around diversity and ensuring the development and promotion of a diverse workforce. There are various perspectives on how to achieve this goal. In the case of GlobeBank, they are considering financial incentives for leaders who promote diverse leaders and possibly penalizing managers who promote only white men. What’s your perspective on this leadership dilemma?
