You will complete an Individual Project that is divided into a series of deliverables leading to a final paper and presentation. You will select a real-world company with which you have familiarity and interest. Assuming that you are the crisis manager of the company, identify a current or potential crisis situation and develop a Crisis Management Plan (CMP) to either avert (if potential) or manage (if current). The project will culminate into a final paper, which is the crisis management plan (100 points) and a PowerPoint presentation for the stakeholders (100 points).
