I am looking for you to do my 25 page (1.5 space) final report for the capstone project. This is for my master’s in engineering management degree. The project I have chosen is to improve the engineering change management process for my current employer. I have already completed and submitted the formal proposal and the interim progress report. I need you to do my final report. I have attached the briefing, syllabus and the final report grading sheet for your reference. In the briefing you will notice that we had 3 choices of type of projects to complete (I chose page 41 which is the Engineering practical problem section). Again, I need you to read my formal proposal and interim report to understand what my idea/project is about (it is unique to me and not research based). I am just having difficulty using what I know to write 25 pages worth of content. This is what I need from you. The final report is intended to describe the entire project from the beginning to the end. It should be a “stand-alone” document that describes: -the reason the work was undertaken; -the goals of the work; -for whom it was done; -how the work was done; -the results that have been achieved, and; -the plan to deploy the work or knowledge gained following the MEM Capstone course.
