Individual Risk Assessment
Pt is at risk for HIV infection and how we identify them?
In this 5–7-page paper, the student will develop an individual
risk assessment and health promotion plan. This is different from a medical
case study which focuses on an individual’s existing health issues. This paper
should focus on primary and secondary prevention, such as lifestyle changes and
other disease prevention strategies based on individual risk.
The paper
must be prepared using APA formatting and include the following elements:
prevention health history, identification of risk factors, screening/diagnostic
tests you would recommend, rationale for screening/diagnostic testing, and a
health promotion plan.
