2. Emergency Support Function 3 (ESF3) PUBLIC WORKS ANNEX [33% of the Assignment grade]
As part of integrating with Bobsville’s Crisis Management Plan/Emergency Operations Plan begun in EDMG220 that you have been developing in each course, develop a one to two (1- 2) page ESF3 annex (Public Works).
Again, as in the Week 3 Assignment, you may wish to use the FEMA Comprehensive Preparedness Guide (https://www.fema.gov/sites/default/files/2020-05/CPG_101_V2_30NOV2010_FINAL_508.pdf ) pages 3-15 through 3-18, and Appendix C-19; IS-807 (https://training.fema.gov/emiweb/is/is807/student manual.pdf ); as well as published ESF3 examples found online to inform your annex.

Remember, although many of the references and examples discuss federal Emergency Support Function annexes, you are writing a local, municipal Emergency Support Function annex for the City of Bobsville.
