In their analysis, the authors weave together several topics in this class so far: food supply chain actors and relationships, scale, policy, third-party certifications, social and cultural values, and others.

What could change to remove the constraints that you discuss? Think big–what might have to happen inside or outside of the food supply chain that would create opportunities to adopt fair labor standards in agricultural and food supply chains?
