Your assignment here is to write a 3-5 page paper analyzing political themes and ideas in one of three films—either The Candidate, All the President’s Men, or Game Change. You should watch the film looking for ideas you will have read about (for example—the impact of the media, incumbency, party politics, public opinion…..) then write an essay explaining how you felt these ideas were portrayed in the film’s story. You are welcome to draw on outside writings but be sure and include them in a bibliography at the end of the essay.
