Writing Option Two:
External Proposal to Cater a Local Event
If you choose Writing Option Two and your purpose is to persuade the Doc Four audience to act by implementing the proposal’s conclusions/recommendations, your main idea should follow this structure:

To persuade, your document must clearly explain how or why its audience(s) should act on your team’s conclusions/recommendations.
AUDIENCE: Whether you choose Writing Option One or Writing Option Two, your document’s audience consists of readers who need persuasive data and precise illustrations/graphics.
