This is an article I selected for publication in TWU Library in 2015, “the roles and qualities of management accounts in organizations – evidence from the field”. Based on this article, I want to discuss the following key ideas:
1) Why every organization needs management accounting.
2) Why is management accounting more and more important in organizations.
3) What is the role of management accounting in the organization and whether it will be replaced.
