1. Briefly describe a scenario that you have witnessed in your current or previous work that demonstrated dysfunctional leadership (e.g. that resulted in conflict or civility issues).
2. Discuss why you think the leader or leadership style was ineffective and what you would do differently for a more effective approach for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
