The documentary titled “Influenza 1918” premiered in 1998 on PBS’s “The American Experience”. Even though you might call the program old, it is relevant today. The interesting thing, in addition to explaining the possible causes and reactions of what was called back then “The Spanish Flu” the video also contains interviews with elderly folks who were children during 1918 and how that pandemic affected their lives.
Watch the PBS video and write a reaction paper, what you learned about the topic, how does it compare to today, how has Covid-19 affected you. Does not have to be a formal essay, in other words, you can use first-person. however, must be 3 pages in length and use formal grammar.
