In this chapter we discuss actions employers can take to improve employee retention and engagement. There is an infinite list of examples on the internet; select a company that you like or admire or would work for, or maybe worked for previously, and describe their efforts for retention and engagement. You may use your own experience or examples you find on the internet or text as long as you cite your sources.
Please don’t name current employers or name people you worked with (past or present); you may discuss employees in general but not names unless your resource name them and it does not involve you directly; protect your privacy. This is not the place to air grievances but I am asking you to give me relevant examples.
