Lets keep it simple for our first week and a half, practice being mindful, stop and smell the roses!Each day, while you are going to work, school or wherever your day is taking you, pause for a few minutes and breathe  (try the Box Breathing or just take a few deep breaths).

Look around and notice all of your senses. What do you see? What do you hear? What do you smell? What do you taste? What do you feel (this could be the seat beneath you, your clothing, rubbing your fingers together–touch is an important sense we often do not think about). 
Allow yourself to just be for a few minutes. 
Do this each day then write a few sentences about what you noticed and post your reflection here. Did your experience of getting places change? 
Did you feel different arriving wherever you were going? 
Was it easy or difficult to take a minute to just let yourself be?
