For your final forum discussion, I would like you each to select a film to watch and provide comment on that you feel reflects a specific aspect of your individuality. Discuss how the film is relate-able as an individual. I have provided three articles that examine various aspects of identity and film that you may wish to consider as part of your response (this is optional though). You should also then address the psychological aspect of how films, at times, seem to be speaking to us as individuals as opposed to the millions of other watchers.
While more difficult than in past assignments, I still want to emphasize that I do not want anyone revealing sensitive personal information. For example, you can discuss how a film has come to become your ‘all time favorite’ because of how positive it made/makes you feel or how a specific character has influenced you with regards to aspirations or motivation, etc. Give specific examples, where appropriate and be sure to specific which film you are discussing in your answer.
