Your case should be no more than seven years old. Once you have found your legal case or article, answer the following questions in a coherent and well-developed essay:
What is a summary of the article or legal case?
What was the healthcare professional’s role (respiratory therapist, surgical technologist, physician, registered nurse, etc.) and what actions/procedures did they do that were considered outside of their scope of practice?
Was the patient injured due to the violation of scope of practice? If yes, did they receive any type of compensation?

Was there a punishment involved for the healthcare professional?
Explain why the healthcare professional made the decision to practice outside of their scope. Do you see justification, even though we know their decision was legally wrong, for their actions?
Step 2: Once complete, save your file and submit.
