All organizations must have a strategy for planning and moving their teams forward. The Statement of Strategic Direction is the primary outcome from the situational assessment. The Statement of Strategic Direction includes four (4) elements. Select one (1) of the elements and explain why you feel it is important to the strategy of an organization.
