please submit a 2-page paper, double spaced, addressing the following:
-What is your overall reaction to progressive muscle relaxation and guided meditation?
-Which technique did you feel worked best for you and why?
-If you were a sport psychology professional and were planning to implement one of
these techniques with an athlete suffering from anxiety, which would you select and
why?
-How would you explain to the athlete why you were implementing this skill to their
psychological skills training and elaborate on the potential benefits they would experience?
-How would you implement this skill into their current training program?
