Paper Requirements
Paper length: 2500-3000 words
Primary Sources:
2 newspaper articles (found through ProQuest)
2 other primary sources like documents, journals, letters, interviews, etc. (found through online archives)
Secondary Sources:
4 peer-reviewed articles (found through JSTOR)
Paper Sections
Literature review: This section will be the shorter of the two sections. It will provide an overview of what other people have written on the topic, including a synthesis of the various main arguments made by different authors. This provides a context for your research. In short, you should aim to answer these questions: What have other people said about this topic? How does my research fit into what’s already been written?
