Create a presentation designed to help fill the leadership gap at a non-profit animal rescue organization. For this assignment, develop a 15- to 20-slide presentation designed to mitigate the leadership gap you identified. The presentation should be completed with the idea that it could be delivered to the organization as part of a training course or leadership development program.
At a minimum, your presentation should do the following:
Identify the gap.
Explain how you discovered the gap. What process did you use? Did you consider alternatives?
Discuss the impact of the gap on the NGO’s performance.
Provide an overview of how the gap should be closed. (Be sure to support your recommendations with appropriate citations and relevant references.)
Include a short lesson or training on how to close the gap. This is your opportunity to teach-back what you have learned in this course. What do your listeners need to know and learn in order to begin filling the gap?
