During your clinical rotation, you will educate at least one client on 1-2 procedures, treatments, or medications. Write up a summary of the education provided, methods used to educate the client and/or family, reflect on what went well and what could be improved upon. Teach the patient how to use Magic Mouth wash and include nursing safety measures. Reflect that everything went well because that patient was able to understand using the teach back method.
