Introduction
It is important to not only understand certain challenges one may face on the job but to offer potential solutions. In this assignment you will conduct research in order to provide a plan toward institutional resolution of at least two challenges.
Activity Instructions
Part 1
Describe at least two challenges that an institution may face. Frame your response by addressing the following questions:
Why do these challenges exist?
What is their cause?
What is the history of this challenge (i.e. has it always been a challenge or is it new to higher education)?
Who is impacted by these challenges?
Part 2
Next, find research that offers suggestions on how to resolve the two challenges described that are facing higher education and give detailed suggestions and steps universities would need to take to work toward resolution of the challenges within a proposal plan (see tips for success for review).
Part 3
Finally, describe how long resolution may take and what changes might occur once the challenge is resolved.
