The social determinants of health affect everyone’s opportunities for health and quality of life. However, some people’s opportunities to live long and healthy lives are greater than others because the social determinants in their lives are more positive. Write an argumentative essay that compares and contrasts how social determinants of health have affected your life compared to events, relationships, and lives of the people described in the book.
The final essay should be written in complete sentences, double spaced, and be between 1250 and 1500 words long, not counting words in the title page or reference list. To save space, it is fine to include only the first author’s last name with “et al.” and the year in the in-text citations.
