Your 4-5 page paper should include a detailed justification for the program and a discussion of your implementation plan. The justification section should draw heavily on the module readings, and it should address the following elements (not necessarily in this order):
The four I’s as discussed in Olofsson et al. (2015)
Strategies and best practices as proposed by Sobelson et al. (2014)
Stakeholder engagement
Cross-sector partnerships
Applicability of crowdsourcing
The implementation section should describe how you propose implementing this program as part of a Whole Community approach. It should discuss some of the challenges of implementing and how you might overcome these challenges. All sources should be cited using APA citation style.
