paper should be double-spaced with standard one-inch margins. The order must
adhere to APA format and include appropriate in-text citations and should cite
at least 5 reputable references.

needed. Be as detailed as possible. In addition to providing support as to why
the law is needed, you should discuss what groups or types of individuals are
likely to support the law and what groups or types of individuals are likely to
be against the law. Discuss also whether the law will result in any expense to
government entities or citizens.
