This post isn’t quite squarely in the realm of personnel management or HR, but it’s here for a reason. My preference is that your papers relate law enforcement HR practices to solving real-world problems, and this question helps explore one of those problems. Social justice and inequity, both real and perceived, are the burning issues in law enforcement at the moment.
