Instructor and Mentor Roles
Discuss the role of a professor or instructor with a learner. Discuss the role of a mentor with the learner. Indicate possible problems when the instructor and the mentor are the same person. Discuss possible solutions, including a situation in which resources are limited and a school requires that instructors provide mentoring duties.
