In an essay not to exceed two double-spaced pages, describe what you
think “love of wisdom” looks like — how would someone who loved wisdom
behave, or act?  How would he or she spend his or her time?  What would
be this “wisdom” that person loved?  In doing this you might want to
think about how “love” is different from “like,” or “enjoy,” or
“pursue,” or “dabble with” etc.  You might also consider how “wisdom” is
different from “knowledge” or “understanding.”

After describing what “love of wisdom” might look like, in your
concluding paragraph explain whether or not you could embrace such a
life, and why.  Please note that there is no right answer, and there are
many good reasons not to embrace philosophy, as there are many good reasons to do so.
