Select a few job postings within the PathwayU Job Board that have a “Very Strong” or “Strong” results
Based on your findings, identify trends you see in qualifications or minimum requirement sections within the job descriptions (e.g. training, education, certifications, licenses, technical skills, etc).
Reflection post must be 200 words in length (typically one paragraph). You will also need to place your word count at the end of the paragraph, such as Word Count 200. You can always go more than the 200 but not less-
