Recently, New York State adopted a no bail system into law. Your job will be to research what has occurred due to the adoption of the no bail system in New York State and write a follow up essay. Using the Sample Essay as your base, make a claim stating whether or not the actual adoption of the no bail system in New York State has been implemented correctly, corrected the injustices outlined in the Sample Essay, and/or has created unseen issues and problems. Answer your claim by presenting supporting evidence from both the Sample Essay as well as the research you will find on your own.

• Explanation of why that source supports the point/answers the thesis
• A conclusion where you provide closing idea or possible solution, state how/why the thesis was
proven, provide a final and insightful thought to extend the conversation back out to the world
• An accurate Works Cited page that reflects the sources used and cited in the paper
