M2 Assignment – Project

– Create a staff preference assessment template that will be utilized as part of the final project (developing a competency-based training). This is to assess staff/teacher preferences, not student preferences. See the assigned articles for this week for additional guidance.

– Choose a type of preference assessment method based on the training’s setting (e.g., school, office, home) and population (e.g., parents, students, behavior therapists, special education teachers). Additionally, consider what methods were said to be the most effective in the research articles that you read this week.

– Include your proposed setting and population within the document that you submit. Additionally, include a menu of potential reinforcers that you may use in during your training. Consider the appropriateness of the stimuli/potential reinforcers that you include (e.g., for employees, you may include an extra PTO day, a paid lunch, etc.). The template should be 1-2 pages in length.

– Add a spot for the employee/trainee’s name, as well as the date.
