In our M4 Interactive, we highlighted some of the regional effects of climate change in the United States. In this Project work component, you’re going to drill deeper into the impacts on your study area and report back in the form of a 3-5 minute presentation.

This report summarizes the science of climate change and the impacts of climate change on the United States, now and in the future. It is largely based on the results of the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP).

Reference the associated section maps, if you’re not sure which region relates to your study area.
If your area is on a coast be sure to also review the section entitled “coasts”.
Step 3: Create a one-page Word document
Describing the climate change impacts on your study area as identified in the report.
