Activity – Google Slides

For this assignment, you will create a presentation using a Google tool, specifically Google Slides. I recommend that you connect your Google Slide presentation to your Standards and Objectives assignment, but feel free to create a presentation that matches any of your discipline content. Your presentation typically supports teacher-directed methodology (i.e. lecture, guided notes, etc.). For instance in Biology, I might create a 15 slide presentation that delivers Diffusion and Osmosis information.
Google Slides is an online presentation application that allows for the creation, editing, and sharing of presentations. Google Slides is much like PowerPoint (PC) or Keynote (Mac). Remember you can use this presentation tool in a face-to-face class, a synchronous session such as Zoom, or for an asynchronous presentation.
Please follow the tutorial on how to create and share your Google Slide.

On a side note, Google Slides can be used for more than just presentations. Google Slides has some really neat templates that have been pre-created for others to use in very inventive ways, such as Fakebook. TheFakebook template is a Facebook replica that could be used as a student-led project, it can be found at https://drive.google.com/previewtemplate?id=17TT48ImF0fZFtawIvh0G2r8YcNOBfkkWDoEDARTOuWk
