oUsing Microsoft Project software, develop a WBS for your project
oInclude tasks for things such as equipment specifications for vendors, vendor bidding packages, evaluations of bids, and vendor selection
Include a title page and any references you used.
Update your Lessons Learned Document.
Note: Break down your tasks to the lowest level possible. The more detailed your WBS is, the more accurate your scheduling and budget will be.
