The assignment is to write a reflection paper on your experience working with patients/clients. As well as some challenges that may arise and what you should be aware of when working with patients/clients.I also provided material provided by my Professor. Background information on what I’m currently doing: I am currently doing my internship as a Social Worker and providing Case Management to homeless veterans with mental health and substance abuse issues.I also work at a group home providing young adult services to adolescents with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and co-occurring substance use disorder.
