I need to write a reflective essay on one of the 6C’s in healthcare (Nursing). 1000 word limit ( 10% either way allowed). Level 4 Foundation degree level. Harvard referencing. Structured as Inro (200ish words). Explaining the 6C’s. Where they came from, why they were devised and recent reports etc. Main body (600ish words). My experience I’m reflecting on and which C I’m using (using Gibbs reflective cycle). Conclusion (200ish words). What have I learnt, how will it affect my future practice and be of benefit etc. Any negatives I’ve found. I’ve made a start using a recent experience from work and will attach the scenario I want to use.
