This is a formal narrative mini literature review. Using 4-5 peer- review journal articles identify current theoretical and/or applied scientific trends are emerging in management or clinical concentrations. My topic is on nursing burnout, the assignment is to explore occupational burnout, job satisfaction and burnout prevention strategies for nursing. The peer review articles should be from PUBMED OR GOOGLE SCHOLAR. should include Introduction, discussions and conclusion. In the introduction you can include the definition of burnout, what nursing is, discuss the theory behind nursing burnout and purpose statement. In the discussion you can include what each article has found and conclusion wrapping everything up. It Has to be written objectively NO ( I, ME, BELIEVE)
