Conduct an internal and external SWOT Assessment using the four BSC perspectives of People, Process, Customer and Finance using the template provided by faculty.1. Internal SWOT Assessment- People and Processes
Address the following elements at a minimum:Process: Areas of quality strength, areas of quality weakness, wait times, delays…If your primary or secondary value discipline is operational excellence, this is you next most important indicator.People: Hiring practices, staffing (capability and capacity), training and development, leadership, culture. What is it important for you to do in terms of setting culture, hiring, staffing, and training and development to enable that primary/secondary value driver- what is the focus of the organization on customer service, service excellence, quality, and operational excellence? What do they need to focus on? If your value driver is customer intimacy- do you hire people for service qualities, do you give them customer service training? Do you have behavioral standards or values that guide your culture?2. External SWOT Assessment- Customers/Market, and Finance
Address the following elements at a minimum:Finance: Revenue, strength, opportunity, or threat? Cost/expense issues? Profitability issues? Market share, opportunity, or threat?
Customer: Customer/Student/Patient Satisfaction and Retention (we have business, education, and health care in this class). IF your value driver is customer intimacy, this is your MOST important indicator!!!3. Biblical perspective and Conclusion
