Second Part of the Paper Paper Writing Instructions
This paper should specifically address the group, its members and their behaviors (be specific and don’t forget to include yourself), and factors that affected/effected behavior. You may include comparisons of other groups to which you have been a member to make a point, but the emphasis of this part of the paper should be on a current group. Throughout the semester, please make a point to notice:
• Your project group norms, behaviors, and characteristics;
• Any conflict or personality struggles;
• How you divide work;
• What tasks people play;
• How the group make decisions, etc.This noticing will help you when you do write this paper, and greatly enhance your learning. Please note that your paper will be confidential and will not be shared with your group members.Required Paper Sections (headings)1. Introduction (1 paragraph): A one-paragraph introduction should begin your paper. The introduction should cover your goals for the overall project and formulate a coherent, cohesive thesis for the entire work.
2. Group Profile (no more than 1 page). Revised from the first submission.
3. Group Issues (1-2 pages)
4. Analysis of Organizational Behavior in the Group supported by at least 5 OB theories or concepts presented with the correct citation (2-3 pages)
5. Learning Value/Application to this group at Individual, Group, and Organizational Levels (1-2 pages)
6. Conclusion (no more than 1 page). Should present at least three recommendations addressed to specific issues discussed/highlighted/ brought out by your work. Think of the conclusion as your opportunity to “CLOSE THE LOOP”, to show how you proved your thesis.
