Students analyze an educational issue by conducting research on the issue and creating a policy briefing.Follow the steps below to create a presentation 6 slides (not including a title slide and references slide) with a digital tool of your choice.

Use APA format for references and in-text citations.

Step 2. Describe

Describe the problem or issue.Step 3. Identify

Identify three courses of action available, including the “do nothing” option.Step 4. Analyze

Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each course of action.Step 5. Determine

Determine the distributional and political effects (who will gain and lose from each course of action?).Step 6. Prioritize
